Machakos University aspires to be an Institution of Excellence in Transformative Scholarship and Community Service. The University is committed to provide Scholarship through Teaching, Training, Research and Innovation; and community service for sustainable industrial and social-economic Transformation. These shall be attained through customer satisfaction, good corporate governance, and adherence to the Institution’s core values which include Creativity, Agility, Meritocracy, Professionalism, Integrity and Inclusivity.

In order to realize this commitment, the University shall comply with all applicable requirements in the implementation of an effective Quality Management System as prescribed by ISO 9001:2015.

The University’s Management shall ensure annual formulation and review of departmental quality objectives and review of this Statement.
